The KennisConsulting team has a set of skills that allows the company to offer a broad range of services, particularly in the areas of cost optimisation and facilities support services. We also provide services in the utilities, telecom, media and IT sector, where we focus on creating added value that is sustained throughout the value chain, from the producers and/or suppliers to the end customers. All members of the KennisConsulting team are graduates with vast experience of carrying out consultancy projects in areas as divergent as:

  • Drawing up and establishing business plans and new companies;

  • Implementing information, e-business, and intranet/Internet systems;

  • Shared services;

  • Process reengineering;

  •  Operational process optimisation;

  •  Implementation of quality systems;

  •  Management of administrative-financial and logistical processes;

  •  Tendering and supplier negotiation processes;

  •  Business management (co-sourcing and outsourcing);

  •  Training and coaching;

  •  Defining and implementing ongoing cost optimisation processes at facilities in order to increase efficiency and profitability;

  •  Market segmentation and commercial process improvement to maximize per-client and per-contact returns;

  •  Defining and implementing strategies and processes intended to improve the service to the client.

Our teams’ added value is based on practical experience, both in the performance of operational functions as well as in the execution of consultancy projects for clients. This experience allows us to guarantee that a pragmatic and results-oriented approach will be adopted.

Our organisational structure is functional and informal, thereby making it possible to extract the highest performance from the innovative service on offer.

Our members make up the company and are supervised in their development. It is possible for them to become partners, that is, owners of their own businesses, in which they generate their own client portfolio and corresponding teams of consultants.
