The experience acquired by the KennisConsulting teams over the years has helped
us to perfect our working methods, making them ever more efficient and effective
so that we can respond quickly and objectively to our clients needs. Our
experience is sustained by our mixed, multidisciplinary teams, which allow
know-how to be transferred during projects.
The aim of our methodological approach is to ensure that the client becomes
completely autonomous at the end of each project.
KennisConsulting’s working methodology is transmitted to each member during the
initial training period and in subsequent training sessions, provided that
career development has taken place.
When performing their activities, members are supervised by other more
experienced members who help them to carry out their tasks to the best of their
ability and in line with recommended working methods. The working methodologies
are focussed on two main areas: Operations and Business Management.
At the operational level, attention is paid to the methodologies used to
manage quality and projects, to plan work, and to execute consultancy projects
in each of the specific areas of strategic consultancy, co-sourcing or
outsourcing. On all projects, the quality and certification requirements
recommended by KennisConsulting are always respected.
At the business management level, attention is paid to the methodologies
used in financial and commercial management, through which our members are
guided in the management of their businesses, which therefore become
increasingly profitable and better able to win clients.
