Users of the KennisConsulting website may register with any of the company’s websites, providing certain details of a personal nature.

In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law 67/98 of 26 October, we inform you that all of the personal data obtained through the online forms will be included in a personal file, which will be the responsibility of Kennis Koers Consulting, Consultoria lda (KennisConsulting) in Portugal, Tax Registration Number: 507037855.

 

 Accuracy and veracity of the data that has been sent

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to KennisConsulting is true and accurate and is responsible for notifying KennisConsulting of any modification made to it.

The user has recognized and may exercise his/her rights to access, rectify, cancel and object to it, and he/she has also recognized the right to be informed about any transferrals of the data in question.

The purpose of the collection and automated handling of Personal Data is to maintain the relationship established between the User and KennisConsulting: the management of his/her data so that it can be communicated to employees of KennisConsulting who are interested in his/her professional profile or in managing, administering, rendering, extending, and improving the services for which the User has registered, including registration itself, or using the aforementioned services in a manner suited to the preferences and tastes of Users, examining the Users’ usage of the services, designing new services related to other services provided by KennisConsulting, and sending updates about these services.

 

 Exercising rights to access, rectify, cancel and object to the data

The user may exercise his/her rights to access, rectify, cancel and object to the data, addressing his/her communications to KennisConsulting by email at info@kennisconsulting.com, or by ordinary post addressed to KennisConsulting. In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, and in compliance with Law 67/98 of 26 October, you must provide KennisConsulting with proof of your identity by sending a photocopy of your identity card or of any other valid means of identification. 

 

 Security measures

KennisConsulting has adopted the Personal Data protection security levels that are legally required and has implemented all of the means and technical measures in its power to prevent the loss, undue use, alteration, unauthorised access, and theft of Personal Data. However, the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

 

 Acceptance and Consent

The User declares that he/she has been duly informed of the conditions relating to the protection of personal data and has accepted and consented to the automated handling of this data by KennisConsulting in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
