Our career model makes it possible for consultants to develop from entry level
to partners in the business, taking on responsibility for running and developing
a "GuildPartner" unit.
The management of these units is totally independent at the commercial,
financial and human resources level. However, they must maintain their alignment
with KennisConsulting’s business principles and model. For its part,
KennisConsulting provides all of the support and backing required for the
business to develop.

Lein de Zoeten

a highly motivated and results-oriented economist with 20 years of experience in
management, business reengineering, and change management in European companies.
He has been responsible for executing complex projects involving company sales,
management support, and information and organisational systems in the IT,
telecommunications, and utility sectors. He was born in Holland but has lived
and worked in Portugal since 1998. His main professional skills include:
co-ordinating and managing multifunctional teams on projects in the IT,
telecommunications, media, and energy sectors; executing partnerships between
European IT, telecommunications, media, and energy companies, in which he draws
on his in-depth knowledge of global value chains and market players and employs
an innovative approach that is focused on internationalisation, planning,
organisation, and start-up control of new companies.

Ema Godinho
|
|
|
|
Ema is a sociology graduate who, from an early stage, has belonged to
organisations that focus on management and process improvement in information
and outsourcing systems. With twenty years’ experience in management, she has
acquired and developed skills in process management, projects and programmes,
communication and people management, leadership and negotiation in management,
change management, project planning and control, risk management, information
security system management, and IT service management, among other areas. She is
a certified trainer and a specialist in frameworks such as ITIL, PMBoK and CMMI.
She is highly skilled in the use of normative references, implementing systems
based on standards such as ISO, BS or EN.

Luzia Valentim
|
|
|
|
graduated from the University of Minho with a degree in Management Information
Systems. She has 10 years’ experience of management consultancy and Information
Systems, having spent a large part of her career at a North American consultancy
company, where she worked as a senior consultant on projects involving process
re-engineering and information and change management systems development. She
has also carried out management and business development roles for public sector
clients, as well as project management, team coordination, and client management
roles. For the past five years, in parallel with her professional activities,
she has developed skills in the areas of leadership and personal and
professional development.

Mário Reis
|
|
|
|
graduated from the Instituto Superior Técnico
– Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (IST – UTL) with a degree in
Electronics-Telecommunications and Electronics and subsequently completed a
Masters degree in Computer Studies. In 1994 he began working for AMS as a team
coordinator and IT architect. In 1996 he joined Case (now named Logica), where
he performed several roles, including senior IT and communications strategy
consultant, project manager, and manager. In addition to his professional
activities, he has developed his knowledge and experience of coaching and
personal development; communication and people management; and negotiations and
company management.

João Albuquerque
|
|
|
|
João has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing from the
Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa (IST-UTL). He subsequently obtained a
post-graduate degree in Project Management. After beginning his career as a
programmer and business analyst in the financial area (banking) almost 20 years
ago, he moved into the area of Verification and Validation (functional tests,
non-functional tests, and corresponding tools), in which he possesses
significant experience covering the offer, sale, and proposal of solutions as
well as their implementation. Throughout his career he has supplemented his
training and experience in Team Management and Project Management (PMI
certification) and acquired knowledge of the energy and utilities sectors, the
public sector, geographical information systems, the financial sector, and
telecommunications. He has also developed skills in process management (ITIL)
and business maturity consolidation and assessment models (CMMI – Capability
Maturity Model Integration).
